As I mentioned in my previous post, HR departments are do not doing a proper job of selecting and hiring suitable candidates for jobs. Most of these people are petty dictators on the power trip who think they can get away with whatever bullshit they want.
Many HR people play favorites and hire unqualified people due to personal preferences. These unqualified people later ruin company from withing.
Most of the staff members hate HR departments and think their interference with their work does more harm than good. Some people even quit jobs to avoid dealing with toxic people in HR.
All of these is detrimental to company's prosperity and wellbeing.
In order to fix the issue a HR department needs complete overhaul. Old personnel have to be purged and replaced with someone more suitable, for example people from marketing.
Alternatively, AI, such as ChatGPT can do this job. In addition to improving quality of HR it will also save company a lot of money.
Act now to get ahead and employ people who know how to do their job and not how to bribe HR crooks into approving them.
