Problem with Job Ads

I already mentioned once that jobs ads sound more like a list of demands then an ad.

Some businesses complain that they cannot find employees. However, when their jobs ads sound more like an Allied offer of unconditional surrender to Germany and Japan, it's hardly a mystery that there are no volunteers to take the job offer.

To make matters worse a HR department hardly doing a good job of selecting candidates. Most of HR personal are dictators on a power trip and most staff members are sick of their rule.

To fix this issue companies should completely overhaul HR, replacing all the regulars with people who are skilled in marketing. Then marketing savvy people would be able to design an ad that would actually appeal to people. They can promise perks and bonuses to entice people to take on the offer. Only by doing it this way these companies can find good potential employees.
